Liquidity Providers

LP returns and UX are one of the fundamental pillars that RFX is built on.

RFX uses a multi-pool architecture combined with the introduction of Liquidity Vaults to provide LPs with superior control over their liquidity and better APRs. The multi-pool model isolates risk for LPs and gives them the flexibility to provide liquidity to markets based on their risk appetite, and greatly increases capital efficiency of liquidity pools.

There are 2 layers to liquidity provisioning on RFX:

• Isolated liquidity pools are created for each trading pair / market.

• This is complemented by RFX Liquidity Vaults which can be configured to provide targeted liquidity to multiple liquidity pools and deploy more advanced yield farming strategies.
